The Draw Process in Honest Project

The Draw page presents an easy to use draw management solution
Creating a Draw
Note: Although you can create a draw at any time, you should have the invoices you wish to include already in the system.
Step 1: Click “Draws” Link
Click the “Draws” link from the navigation menu on the left to see the project draws page.
Step 2: Verify Invoices.
Verify the invoices you wish to include appear in the Unassigned Project Invoices table. If they are not yet in the system, you must add invoices.
You can create a draw first, and assign invoices later, but the invoices serve as the basis for approval by both the Owner and Lender.
Step 3: Create Draw
Click the “Create” button. You should see the Funding Sources list.
Step 4: Select Funding Source
Next, select the funding source for the draw, and click “Create”.
The draw is created, and appears in the Draw Summary table with a status of “Open”.
Step 5: Assign Invoices
While open, you may assign invoices to the draw. To do so, select the Draw from the Draw Summary table, and then select invoices from the Unassigned Project Invoices table, and click: “Assign Invoices”.
Tip: You can multi-select invoices by pressing the CTRL key while clicking rows.
Complete
At this point, you have created a draw, and may continue to add invoices until ready to submit the draw to request funds. See the tutorial: Submit Draw for further details.
